English: Title: The Big Texan Steak Ranch in Amarillo in the Texas Panhandle is more than a restaurant. It's a tourist attraction. Billboards throughout West Texas tout its "free" 72-ounce steaks. But there's a catch. To truly enjoy the hunk of meat, the size of a small roast, for free, the diner must finish the steak and several trimmings, including bread and dessert, in an hour. Hundreds of people have done it; amazingly, most have been women or slightly built men. Thousands have tried, failed, and paid for the meal
